ESTATE OWNED FOR SALE. 1932 construction Bungalow, lovingly cared for by the owner for 31 years, is looking for new owners to restore it to its prior beauty and even more. Not a project house but one you can incorporate your own ideas and visions and restore this beauty as your own home for years to come. Built as a 3 bedroom, the hall wall was taken down to have more flex room but can easily be restored to have a third private bedroom it needed or an office space with privacy. A full basement makes this home unique to the others in neighborhood. The owner built a couple of rooms but could easily be anything you have in mind. County shows basement is same square footage as main level, 1272 s.f. Pay attention to the basement floor system when you go see this home. I would say its a keeper since its unique to the 1930'S when it was built. Not going to spoil the surprise! Remember, in 1932 when this home was built, this home was the Crown Jewel on the street and now you have an opportunity to make it your own.
